  • When and where will the Kick Off take place?
    The Kick Off will take place September 6th at Courtyard by Marriot, Rålambshovsleden 50, 112 19 Stockholm. The Kickoff starts at 9:30 AM and ends at 1:00 AM.
  • Is there any place where I can leave my bag/jacket during the conference?
    Yes, there will be a staffed cloakroom throughout the day where you can leave your bag or jacket.
  • I’m based at the Stockholm office, how do I get to Courtyard by Marriot?
    For those based at the Stockholm office, the easiest way to get to Courtyard by Marriot is to go by underground (tunnelbana) to Thorildsplan. Please note that no transport will be arranged to Courtyard by Marriot from the Stockholm office and that you are responsible for your own travel expenses to/from Courtyard by Marriot.
  • What can I expect from the agenda?
    You can expect engaging sessions, fun activities and the chance to further get to know colleagues from all offices.
  • Will there be any specific dress code for the event?
    Yes, the dress code is Smart Casual. Please note that the team building activtity will take place outdoors.
  • Will meals or refreshments be provided during the event?
    Yes, mid-morning refreshments (fika), lunch, afternoon refreshments (fika), pre-drink & a three-course dinner will be served.
  • Is there any place at the venue where I could get changed before dinner?
    Yes, we have access to the changing rooms at the gym and areas by the toilets.
  • Will there be entertainment during the evening?
    Yes, there will be a DJ and plenty of fun.
  • Is it mandatory to participate at the Kick Off?
    Yes, it is mandatory to participate. Further questions should be directed to your manager.
